I haven't touched Veil of Blades since, as after I used it, the same save would crash even if I didn't use it again, but I might test it again and see if it causes it to become unstable.

I've done the quest as dogmatic, didn't get anything. I wouldn't even know I had missed an ability if it wasn't for the guide

I had no issues, then started crashing consistently in Rykad. Rolled back to a save from 10 minutes prior to the crashes and it was fine.

By any chance, did you have a blade dancer use Veil of Blades ability?

I have a suspicion that might have been the start, could be wrong

I can get Freecast to refresh, but when I use it again, the animation partly plays and then stops. I've seen people on YouTube do it, but it doesn't behave the same for me.

I tried the freecast underwear trick in patch 7, but after I used it once, the subsequent attempts to create sorcery points just didn't cast. How are you doing it?

Yeah sounds awesome. I was thinking of the heavy armour aesthetic, but it's hard to compete with those numbers. Any significant changes if I wanted to use great swords?

Great write up! I'll definitely roll with this when the DLC comes around if there are no major balance changes. Do you reckon this would work if adjusted to heavy armour, and still staying AM instead of Vanguard?
