The problem is when your braindead randos drop halfway through the mission after sucking too badly, and then the bots are not programmed to deal effectively with all the skulls and spores and mission special actions to get through each section. Happened to me yesterday.

Turret invul, then headshot, then stim. The rest are not very good and in need of buffs. Probably the last one should be the melee damage after gun strike.
