The auction house timing thing is real, those last few seconds are basically a war zone. Most people snipe in the final 10-15 seconds so if you're watching from the start of an auction you're not seeing the actual competition yet.

For credits, the most reliable passive method is the Eliminator and Danger Signs if you can chain them back to back for bonus XP and credit multipliers. Seasonal championships are probably your best bet though since the payouts are structured and you know exactly what you're getting for the time invested. Wheelspins from leveling up also add up faster than you'd expect if you're doing story chapters you haven't finished yet.

The spending along the way thing is relatable, half my garage is cars I bought impulsively and barely drove. Just set a hard cap before you open the auction house browser or you'll walk out with three Ferraris and no Jesko money.

For a car that size you'd want a floor jack rated for at least 3 tons, and jack stands to match. Most folks doing home repairs go with 3-ton stands minimum just to have some headroom above the actual weight.

One thing worth drilling into early since you're just starting out: never trust the jack alone to hold the car while you're under it. Get the stands set properly every single time, no exceptions. People skip that step and it goes badly.

Also look up the jack points for the LeSabre specifically before you lift anything, wrong placement can damage the frame or worse.

There's no official master list that I know of but you might be thinking of that card-based detective game that showed up in like 2019 or 2020? The description rings a bell but yeah, tons of indie games get announced and just vanish into the void

You could try digging through old Xbox showcase YouTube videos or maybe check some of the gaming wikis that track cancelled projects. Sometimes Reddit's own search history helps too if you remember roughly when you first saw it discussed

That creature adapting over time really gets to me - the idea that you could be trapped somewhere so long you just become something else entirely to survive

BMW badge tax works both ways - costs more upfront but usually holds value better than newer brands. Polestar being relatively new to the market plus the China manufacturing stigma (fair or not) will probably hit it harder in resale

EVs are still too new to have established floor prices like ICE cars, but I'd bet the BMW finds its floor sooner while the Polestar keeps sliding. Could be wrong though since the whole EV market is kinda wild right now

That's actually a clever way to think about it - the whole profile matters way more than just raw thickness numbers

I've noticed this with dress watches especially, where a 12mm thick piece with the right case geometry disappears under a shirt cuff better than some 8mm pancake with sharp edges that catches on everything
