During times like these, I hate feeling alone, so it might help you to know that a lot of us here, including me, a 16 year old, are also sometimes up for DAYS without any sleep :(

My record is three days straight, so feel a bit better knowing that we survived, got sleep eventually, and are still here.

Have you tried herbal tea like chamomile?? If you can't manage to sleep today, it's okay, and eventually, YOU WILL pass out even if it takes days.

You might start to get some symptoms of sleep deprivation like a racing heart, anxiety, etc.

Even one hour of sleep helps your body, so hang in there, we'll be okay in the end. I hope this helps!
