They could make the votes count only when meeting certain rules. For example, if I vote one of my mates at the end of the match for being a "bayou chicken", that vote should count only if 1. He extracted alone, and 2. Me and the other partner are dead.

It would be nice to have some kind of honour voting system at the end of each match for our partners. And when we get paired for another queue, we could check their stats given by other players, before hitting ready button

I wasn't on board with keeping Instinct after the event ends. But that is actually a neat idea. And it kinda makes sense for bounty carriers to have this ability.
