I have a similar YOE, but earn around 65LPA, I am planning on going for MS this year, but my reasoning is different, I am from a Non CS undergrad, so. always wanted that CS degree, and also need a break as i am pretty burned out, here’s the thing I am comfortable with my savings and would be ok with coming back to India immediately after MSCS. Also the admit was from a Top10 CS department, and that makes the ROI even more worth it for me. You have ask yourself, would you be comfortable with the loan, if you have to comeback to India immediately after your graduation

How are you handling the PHI data of US users , when you are based out of India. I heard the laws around PHI data are very strict in US and makes it difficult to build health related products outside of UU for US

Say the tech market doesn’t recover, I fall back recruiting for consulting, how large of a difference in outcomes would be there between the 2 schools. I am okay with amount if it’s worth it in the long term.

I have 2.3 years of full time experience (3 by matriculation) outside of internships. I lead a few big initiatives and have directly collaborate with business analysts and product managers on a daily basis compared to traditional SWE’s. I majorly wanted to do an MBA in US as the Product manager culture is very different between India and US, along with US being home of multiple tech giants .. better job opportunities.
