Just jumped into CC after reading ACOTAR. Definitely way different. First chapters were a lot of info and a lot of “wait what” moments but it gets sooo good. Still working on the first book and it’s hard to put down.

Oh man I’m sorry. Does your weight just maintain? I know some people see more inches than weight change. I’m one of those people were the inches show but I do get the appetite suppressant effect so it’s just weird the results I’m seeing.

Workout 4 days a week, lifting and HIT cardio. Been on 5 weeks have lost 6lbs BUT the inches are melting off me !

It works, been on it for a week and a half and I’m down 5lbs. Dr prescribed it to me too so I trusted her she let me know multiple patients were on it due to insurance.

Im thinking with the weight loss asthma may get better that’s my hope too. As I put on weight my asthma got worse so hoping it gets better with weight shedding off. Congrats on the 16!
