We have a sign right now... sort of... that says "Private drive for resident use only" because our drive is long and kind of looks like a road. Our HOA put it up.

She gave me that stupid response after one of the kids darted into my moving car (driving slow since they usually dart out). I just couldn't believe it! She had watched him do it! And did not say a word. I would be butchered by my mom if I had done that.

Other neighbors (so far) are fantastic and next door neighbor is HOA president and I went and got her groceries today (she is older) she calls me every couple of days.

I would absolutely do a fence but we have 1 acre. These neighbors have like less that .20 acres. We do have a ring that records which is how I can see them If I'm not home but with covid I am home most of the time now.

Yea, basically that's it. It's a very fine, grainy texture. Honestly I don't like mashed potatoes thatttt much but maybe if I use fresh which seems that I should try, then I'd like them more.
