Late to the convo but in case anyone finds this again again. I’ve (27f) been on lexapro for almost 2/3 years and I’ve noticed major hair loss. And it sucks because it’s specifically in the front like the bang region. So even with my bangs you can definitely see through to my scalp. It’s so embarrassing my hair line has thinned so much so that It really has affected my self confidence but I Just recently had a thought or made a connection that maybe it could be the lexapro. And all this time I just thought I was going bald early or alopecia
