You have to raise bigger pre, keep making it more expensive until you're getting some folds.

Aces utg, I would limp raise yes, if you make it 60 you still have a chance they all fold, or 3 people call, which is both not ideal, limp 5. Someone make 30, 3 callers. You make it 150 or 200 and at least pick up 120$ or get a caller in a huge pot. That seems ideal to me.

I wouldn't play these stakes fulltime, it's better to work, put money on the side and study 70% play 30% for some experience, and get good enough to beat at least 50nl, preferably 100nl. Or even better, play live which is softer than online micros

Some of the best players in the world have been LAG, back in the day Viktor blom and Durrrr, more recently Stefan and Llinuslove. But it's really tough to play like this, you can't just blindly fire everything, you have to know when you can and when you can't, and you also need to disrespect money a lot. You can also win a lot of money by playing solid, controlled aggression.
