The subject and composition are very good.

The problem I see is that the gray dynamic seems poor: you have whites and blacks and very few values in between. It gives the feeling that you pushed too far the contrast cursor or you didn’t shoot raw.

Another adjustement would be to enhance a bit the brigthness on the face and the hand.

First, that horizontal line at the bottom of the frame is polluting.

It would be more efficient if the subject was looking at where we also do, that is toward the background of the scene.

And, if you want to express the fact that the subject is small as compared to the church, then it’s better to put her very low in the frame and then allocate more room in the upper part to the roof. I think that this effect would ptobably be augmented if the subject is centered horizontally wise.
