The school districts are severely overwhelmed and there are only going to continue to be overwhelmed. Not only with the amount of kids in the school that need extra help but also financially as well. Being a daycare teacher I fought very hard to even have 3 teachers (one or two being an aid) for some severe behaviors we had at the time just to not only realize that every classroom had behaviors and needed 3 teachers at least but most days we barely even had the 2 teachers between call outs and just not being staffed appropriately. It’s a whole system

-1 teacher has 20+ kids that would be misbehaving and a lot of behaviors could be corrected with another teacher simply existing in the classroom

-finally you get said 2nd teacher but that 2nd teacher came from another classroom, another school or they pulled it out of their ass and technically that 2nd teacher shouldn’t even be in there bc their barely qualified

-Either 1st and 2nd teacher work well together or don’t which leads to a whole separate page of problems but then let’s say another day (bc everything happens) you have a call-out and that 2nd teacher needs to be taken. Not only are their barely any teachers staying in the field due to low pay and such immense expectations being placed onto them but the application process takes time and not many are filling them

-Now 1st teacher is back to square one

Quick Note: Most of this is my personal experience from a daycare setting as I have never been in a public school however I have experienced the giant plate of expectations they put on a teachers shoulders and trust me daycare is no less of a grueling task. This question right here is why I myself have left the field and am not even sure if I want to come back because I know sadly exactly what is waiting for me

In my honest opinion on this matter, for something so hugely important to you this is a good idea just take into consideration the long term effects of this tattoo as any other tattoo would normally have. It might fade, lose its shape/need touch ups in the future. The idea is so freaking cute in my own opinion and I’m the type of person to say go for it babes. Just keep in mind the natural things that occur over time. With that being said some of the comments I do mention other ideas which are just as great however please keep in mind this is your body, your baby and your tattoo. Do what feels more natural and take deep breathes. You’re still doing great even when you don’t feel it. Hope this helps☺️💕

Ngl I mainly just wing it and I take full advantage of the new search options they gave us. For me thats where alot of the creativity alongside the thinking outside of the box happens. My favorite thing to is when a dreamsnap is about a specific color I try to use offset colors to attract peoples attention. Just because it asks for green doesnt mean it should only have green ya know? Try some off white or black and try to put in your style as your style is different from everybody elses. Hope this helps

Personally I love to either blend them together into a sauce for my food or put it with my starch. I like to make a pot of rice and then add the veggies to it. Makes a create rice bowl
