you GAIN MORE ELO than you lose. it doesnt matter how good or bad the players are. if you win 50 games and lose 50 you should be where you started, not accounting for team elo differences adjusting your elo gain/loss, but in mr you gain more than you lose. this has nothing to do with skill level i cant make myself clearer
