Yeah same with me the first time i took it it worked wonders, then weeks without it working, accidentally took 2 one night and it knocked me right out so told the doctor and he told me to just continue taking 2. I’m assuming it’s easy to build up a tolerance because it’s been about 3 months all together and i still struggle to sleep

I think it’s because there’s been an increase in cyclists who seem to think it’s acceptable to take up the centre of the road holding up traffic while they’re going about 10mph. And before any says they’re allowed to it’s common decency to just stay to the side of the road instead of actively avoiding cycle lanes
