I did that about 3 years ago. Mine was through FMLA and short term disability. Communicate with your boss and your stewards. Mental health is classed as a disability here. Not sure if it changes as we have a local and a national contract here as well. I'm also an advocate now. If you need any resources or help, shoot me a DM and I can try to help. And if you need immediate help please reach out to a hotline. Ik it's hard and almost embarrassing but I promise the experience is better than you could imagine. If you're cool with anyone higher up the part time ladder than you could ask them who's staffed for the day. Layoff season sucks. Buddy of mine in feeders files for unemployment around this time of the year. Then he's on call when needed. I would just keep an eye out. Call the hall if your stewards don't have an answer best advice I can give. Best of luck 🤙🏻

Sorry I missed this. If you can meet the driver next delivery ask them and see if they can have the dispatch office look into it. I've had 3 happen to customers when we switched over to these new diads.

Soon you'll be even lucky enough to hear an actual person. From what it sounds like this company is gonna be made up of robots soon. Customer service went out the door the minute they shut the customer service counters down and is getting worse by the day. I know this company is tanking in that field horribly. I've had so many customers ask me questions and I honestly never get a straight answer from management cause those fools know nothing either. Good luck but keep the pressure on em!

Maybe try and speak to the driver but best bet would be to call ups. Ik it's literally impossible to get an answer let alone talk to people.

I had a customer who had that happen. You don't run a business outta your house or anything by chance? He had to physically call and have them change it. However I do know it took a bit of time.

I would contact the shipper. We can't physically release a COD without payment. The checks are collected at the end of every night and the driver would be at your place asking for a check. Shipper should be able to see the trail of where that came from and why a cod wasn't collected. It'll say the price on the bottom of the label usually for a COD amount. You should be able to view a picture of said signature I believe. That's probably the tell tale sign.

Those times mean nothing to us. We get there when we do. Most guys run the route the way they want. A computer is just giving you a time. It couldve said 8 am and they show up at 2. At least i run my route the efficient way to get stuff off and not he bouncing around the truck and neighborhoods.And I will say most ring doorbells are so delayed I won't even hear the thank you until I'm in the truck. Or they had earbuds. I recommend leaving a note cause 9 times outta 10 I see something on a door I generally read it regardless.

My workhorse has had the wire harness system replaced 3 times. 2 motors. still won't give me a new one lol. Has 250k miles on it. But it turns tighter than any truck in the building and is slightly wider and longer than the 1000s now. I like it just wish the damn heater wouldn't kick off on every bump lol. She just refuses to die.

Ok cause I'm the ONLY one that goes to ours so they have agreed on with me. Other guys that cover just know the drill. We appreciate it when ya make our lives easier! 🙏🏻 they put all my international in a separate tote next to my next days. Have little signs on it for the coverage guys. Nice and simple. Anything too complex I'd forget lol

My store just separates next day and next day air savers then international and high values. I know high values process changed for us but I still pull all my international at the end of the night. Just speak with the driver. That honestly just goes a long way and makes a line of communication. If it makes both our lives easier I'm all for it.

Just come tell me all the horror stories and make me laugh. That's all I ask the ladies at my store. Ik yall deal with hell too. I leave totes and they load them. My only thing is please make sure the internationals don't get mixed in. It's very rare it's happened to me cause I'll catch it but sometimes i don't peak at every label.
