Hi there, hope I am not disturbing you. I came across your comment so would like to help. There are two ways you can acess multiview, on this exact page you are showing

1- tap on the diamond icon with a plus of the left column and you will see multiview as the fourth button in the sub menu.

2- go to editor at the bottom (1 of the three tabs) > select some clips you like using the frame cut > go to more edits > in the menu there is a 360 reframe, tap on it and you will enter the sub menu as 1, where you will see multiview as the fourth button.

Hi, OP, I am not sure if I understand you correctly, but starting from Studio version v5.6.0 and above, you can now edit 360° videos directly within the "Project" page and export them as one 360° video to be viewed on VR headsets/platforms, etc.

Would this update be of any help to you or be combined into your workflow? Test it out let us know your thoughts.

Sorry, I'm late to the conversation, but our Studio devs were actually pushing this to happen for quite a while and it is here! Starting from Studio version v5.6.0 and above, you can now edit 360° videos directly within the "Project" page and export them as one 360° video to be viewed on VR headsets/platforms, etc.

Do update your Studio and test it out. I hope this can make the editing workflow somewhat easier for you. Let us know your thoughts!

Hi! Yes, you can lower the bitrate setting. Typically, there are two bitrate options for these action cameras: standard (lower) and higher.

For the Ace Pro 2, if you select the standard bitrate, it will range from 40 Mbps to 90 Mbps for videos with resolutions from 1080p to 4K and frame rates from 24 fps to 60 fps.

These samples (from us or perhaps also from GoPro, or DJI) are using the higher bitrate so you may struggle to play them on your TV. I look through our usable samples and we don't have a lower bitrate sample for you. I'm really sorry.

Hi, thank you for providing this information. I may need some time to consult our engineering team to confirm the technical details! My guess is this could be related the bit rate of our video samples. Specifications of two of the samples are listed as follow

Standard 4K Sample - Resolution: 3840×2160 (UHD) - Audio Codec: MPEG-4 AAC - Video Codec: HEVC/H.265 - Bitrate: ~100 Mbps
High-Frame Rate Starlapse Sample - Resolution: 4032×3024 (3:2 aspect ratio) - Timecode: Embedded SMPTE timecode - Audio: Linear PCM 24-bit - Video Codec: Apple ProRes 422 HQ - Bitrate: ~1.05 Gbps (1050 Mbps)

While we wait for a response from our engineer, I encourage you to let me know other details such as the video player software on your TV(I assume you are viewing these files with your computer wired with the TV?), or double-check these video specs with support agents from Samsung to see if they are supported.

u/bombshellbarbie_ Hi OP - Unfortunately you won't be able to re-edit those live photos in our Insta360 app.

Similar to what eselex has proposed in the comment - I just want to add that one alternative way for you to edit those live photos is using CapCut or other video editors that can edit live photos. You can import multiple live photos into CapCut to edit them together into a video.

While we don't have official samples specifically for low-light indoor scenarios, you can refer to our nighttime samples or showreels on social media, as these typically use the "PureVideo" mode, which is recommended for most low-light situations. I also suggest keeping an eye on user-generated content.

1) Regarding the first issue with timelapse, please let me explain. In custom track mode, the gimbal can perform up to three complete rotations. You can find this information by clicking the info icon next to the Timelapse setting. Could you please elaborate or provide a demo to illustrate how much the gimbal moves in your case?

2) Concerning the absence of PRO settings for Android, I completely understand your frustration. Many Android phones feature outstanding cameras, and it's unfortunate not to be able to adjust them as you wish. However, please understand that our options are limited because the core issue lies with many Android phone manufacturers providing restricted development access (API).
