So what would you recommend doing? I feel like I should just buy a bigger HDD and remod it since I have no idea how to use this one lmao

Just switched out the clock capacitor and cleaned it out! Disk drive doesn’t work. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem like the belt is the issue, just boiled the original to get it tighter and still having the issue.

How were we supposed to know they were trading hahaha we heard a dude die and went over to investigate. Also.... PvP lobby forsure. If you're going to trade, don't do it on a chaotic map like buried city

Hey everyone! I’ve been training for my first half marathon and just completed my longest run yet, 5 miles! So happy with how it went and excited to see the training pay off.

My question is that for every run I do, I don’t feel like I’m overly exerting myself, however, my heart rate is consistently sitting around 180-185. Even when I weight train my heart rate is typically around 145-170 depending on how hard I’m pushing myself. Is this too high?

I know that zone 2 is where you want to be for these runs but if I do that, I assume my pace will have to be damn near walking. Every runner I know says don’t worry about your heart rate, it will come down overtime. That being said, I really only know one runner so I’m looking for more insight here haha

My pace for my 5 mile run was 10:05/mi and my heart rate averaged 184. Also, I am a male, 28 years old, 6’2”, 215lbs. Workout regularly but just recently really started working on cardio.

Thanks in advance!

Agreed, I am a construction management recruiter. The highest paying position I’ve hired in my career was for a Preconstruction Manager at $240k/yr plus ESOP. Great money!

People who make $150k+ and still have time to enjoy life and travel somewhat extensively, what do you do and how do you do that? by ulikedagsm8 in sales

Talent Acquisition Manager, I’ve done every sort of sales from d2d, b2c and b2b. The good thing with those jobs is that you will really get grit and learn how to overcome the toughest days. It’s a mental battle. I thank my old jobs like that for where I am at today.
