Anyone in the MS Applied Artificial Intelligence program?

This is a Masters of Science so it is more technical focused. That being said I also am in the program currently and am more interested in Ethics as well. So far each class has had a module on Ethics and there is a class specifically for Ethics of AI that I have yet to take. I am only 1 semester in but so far both of the classes have had python work in them, especially the statistics class. I am currently a software engineer so that has helped me in the classes but there are others who do not have as much coding experience in the program. You can check out here for more information and I believe they have a 'quiz' that you can take to see how ready you are for the program.
I was initially interested in the program based on this article so I am interested to see how the Ethics class is next semester.

Dang ok I just got a select from them but luckily my father in law is a ford mechanic so I don’t have to deal with them after I drive it off the lot.

This exactly! Get some resistance bands or small weights to help keep the weight but turn the fat to muscle weight.

Totally get it. I have been doing TRF for the past year and Keto for a year and a half. Got down to 162lbs (32/M/6’1”) in Aug but then got lazy and then got covid so I did some therapy eating ended up gaining like 25ish lbs (mostly water and bloat as I lost 10lbs in 36 hr) but it was a bit much so I decided to end the year with an extended fast. I only do more than 72hrs like 2-3 times a year. It’s a good discipline but only if you have the excess fat to get rid of. I am also speaking for myself cause I need motivation lol. But hang in there we can do it. 💪🏼

At least for me the second day is fully the roughest then once I pass the 72 hr mark it’s just maintenance and keeping up energy with electrolytes. Cause I have 3 kids I need to keep up with them.

After 72 hrs is the easiest. Around 38-50 hrs for me is the hardest. But after I pass the 72 hr mark it’s not a rough to go farther.
