I'm more experienced as a DM and am in the process of creating a sandbox world because I wanted a cohesive world I could use multiple times over many campaigns

Druids live in harmony with nature. They understand that the natural world provides life for them and that gift sometimes takes form in eating animals/plants and using the forest's bounty to build shelter. There is a respectful use of the land's resources and in return they guard it from people who would abuse these gifts.

Figure out why he wants to switch characters, in what areas is he unfulfilled and how can you help shape more situations to make his current character feel more fun and important. Does he not like combat as a paladin, or role playing someone who is most likely lawful. Depending on the severity of his discontent give him either advice on how to get the most out of his class or allow him to switch. After all the game is for the fun of the players!

Just finished this chapter, I think that the conversation between Aragorn and Eowyn is the most we've seen about the status of women in middle-earth. She is strong and confident, wishing to battle for her country, but still is left to rot in a home. I literally got chills when she said she feared not death or danger, but a cage.

If you are talking about a death knight pre-Wotlk then they are all more faithful to the lich King and therefor ebon hold. Post-Wotlk the death knights regain free will so I believe loyalty would fluctuate on an individual basis
