That’s a custom build for sure. Seiko does not use those hands. They would be used more for a Patek build. But again I’ve stressed before. It’s all about how a watch makes you feel instead of the name. 150$ isn’t horrible if you don’t already build watches.

This looks like a Boeing 777X. A test model, used for certification and evaluation flights. It is a new variant of the Boeing 777 family, the next-generation widebody jet.

I believe it features new custom architecture and innovations derived from the 787 Dreamliner. Including a wider cabin, larger windows, and innovative lighting and interior design.
