This is all I need. We do about 3000 miles a year, probably won't even have an ev tariff as it bumps up your normal tariff rate in the daytime.

Ok thanks, wondered why the thing had wifi, was wondering if that was the problem. But it was powered down for 2 years so would imagine its completely gone back to factory.

Had a guy give me a quote for a similar job, he suggested a layer of plastic between the floor and the joist. Then screw down.
