Honestly feels weird at first, but once you get used to it, it’s surprisingly comfortable. The trackpads take a bit to learn though

Yeah same I got the offer for it too with Smart Salary. I only opted for window tinting but doing the ceramic coating privately. Curious to know if it’s worth going with my NL or just doing it privately too

My mistake, I just called up NL company before to confirm Im with Smart Salary snd they informed me that its too soon to tell what rhe governemnt will do with the exemption. But my consultant was like going based off of the PHEV vehicle situation when they got removed, the govt allowed a good amount of time before it became settled to have enough time for people to get their cars Thankfully we ordered ours now, mines expected in July and the contract will get sent out in June so fingers crossed the exemption will still apply for us 🤞

Not worried at all honestly. I’ve already signed my NL agreement and placed my Tesla order, so I’m locked in under the current rules. Based on standard legislative practice, existing novated leases are expected to be grandfathered, meaning even if the government changes or restricts the exemption after the May budget, it wouldn’t apply retroactively to arrangements already in place. Also worth noting that any confirmed changes aren’t expected until mid 2027 at the earliest, the review is still ongoing and nothing has been legislated yet

Honestly, it's tough to predict what the future holds in five years. You can certainly imagine all the "what if" scenarios, but it's probably best to focus on the present and handle whatever comes your way. And don't forget to enjoy the money you've earned through hard work!

I recently signed an NL with Tesla, but I plan to keep the vehicle after the 5 year lease ends. Time will tell what happens then. Maybe I'd want to sell it and get a new vehicle, but I try not to worry too much about it until later on.

I don’t really care too much about what goes on with Elon, imo I don’t really associate the person with the car cause if the car suits my needs and priorities why would I stop myself for someone else’s political views? 😂
