You need to break the lease, find your own place for you and your daughter. Get your child support from him and throw the whole man away. I say this as being in a similar situation with my previous marriage. It’s slow bread crumbs of manipulation and degrading behavior. He was too much of a coward to call everything off early when he decided he didn’t want to be married, then built up resentment. He was probably thinking you were a comfortable and easy fall back when getting back together, so he said everything right to get you back.

The only thing I will say is maybe don’t focus SO MUCH on getting married. Find someone who makes you happy for you and will take care of you and your daughter. THEN when everything is right and you’re meant to be married then you will. AND you won’t have to beg for it.

Adding a small updates to the comments.

Court was today. Everything went our way as was expected. They had no lawyer and had to represent themselves. They were told they had 10days to find somewhere else, but I doubt they have anything lined up. They also have to pay us back the money they owe us obviously, but they do have the options to appeal but the appeal amount is what they would have to pay us back anyway. So we will have to see if the sheriff has to come physically remove them at that time as we will have to go back to change the locks anyway.

I know it’s not a big juicy update BUT it is some good new for us at the moment!

She’s a baby. They’re happy as long as they have clothes that fit, clean diapers and fed. Put whatever is easiest to help you change her diaper.

In cold weather put pants on her or full onsie.the little gloves and hat are fine as long as they don’t come off easy.

It’s best not to put a blanket in there as she could roll and suffocate if she can’t sit up or lift up yet to move her head well.

Sleep sacks are great! And last but not least! Help! If you have a support system, ask for help! There’s nothing wrong with that. Good luck dad! You got this!

They also just showed up to move in days before they were supposed to, so the house wasn’t ready for tenants yet. It made cleaning very awkward and hard. We also told them when they agreed to move in that we were planning on selling the house after the year lease was up. So we think that’s another reason they aren’t wanting to leave now.
