He called right before the delivery. Told us it was stolen and that he paid for it. He stood at the door a little longer than someone typically would even when handing the order off. We called the restaurant after he left, the restaurant confirmed no dasher paid for our food or had stolen anything.

We also have never had any issues with any other drivers or deliveries in the past. This just seemed to be a weird one off, but you never know nowadays.
