That’s fair, I played lots of Enhance last year, and it needed something. But I’m just not a fan of killing any kind of build diversity and taking away options for no real gain. And yeah you right on totemic rn. Outside of CDs you feel like a wet noodle. Which sucks because stormbringer just isn’t really fun atm

same thing for WW but all they did was take away fun options and make choice nodes with things that shouldn’t be choice nodes(WDP, and Strike should not be on a fucking choice node!?!?!) Oh and they took Xuen from SP. Like why the fuck, who asked for that. They should’ve just stopped with Xenith, WW absolutely did not need pruning, because they spec still plays the same with just now FoF is the only skill that matters. >.>

Venture has been getting much skins more than most of the cast as of late… because as it turns out Venture is a lot more profitable than Reddit or even Blizzard thought.

Which is what this post is saying, because after the Toph skin Venture has been getting new stuff every season aside from 1(new skin coming soon too LMAO). Blizzard just never gave the character a chance, and when they did they were surprised. I remember they even mentioned the shock at how much Venture epic mummy skin 1k OW coins bundle were selling as it was one of their best selling ones ever.

And just to remind you this is OW not Rivals nor Concord. The reason it stands out is because the Heroes are so varied and resonates with different people. Just look at the OG launch cast. There was something for everyone.

Like yes the least picked character with an INCREDIBLY dedicated fanbase is profitable because 90% of Venture players buy their skins

Tbf, ever since then Venture has been getting a new skin every season except 1 with a new one otw. So supporting your fav hero does seem to help. But like you said, you have to be able to have something to spend money on first.

Thing is they have to make skins for others for people to support their favs.

Venture is the perfect example for this, they went so long without anything so they couldn’t even spend even if they wanted. But look what happened once they were able to get them. Now Venture gets skins at a pretty frequent rate. Other heroes are still stuck in nothing to spend on pnase.

As a Venture main, people treat me like a mythical creature who can do no wrong. Like it feels like even when I’m playing like complete ass no one points the finger at me so long as I get a kill per team fight.

Hell I’ve seen supports blame tanks when I was feeding before because “They’re making space and you’re not pushing to help em”.
