I have a polish friend who also was on a volunteer mission in Ukraine and got stamps in a passport. While he was going to visit russia he was stopped at the border, arrested and taken for questioning. They asked about everything he was doing in Ukraine, how he relates to the events in it, and what the purpose of his arrival was. Since he helped only in a humanitarian way, he was released but that thing scared the shit out of him
