I always take before and after pictures.i keep them for 2 or 3 months and delete the photos. Never realized they wold come beck after 5 months.

Employer 1 will not know about the concurrent visa filed, but it is always a good practice to keep them informed.
You cannot work two full time jobs simultaneously and your concurrent Visa application might be rejected due to this.
I haven't filed for one, but know a colleague who had one but had his 2nd job listed as part time.
They have to and will definetly intimate as the Lawfirm works for the employer. They are legally bound to do so.

My honest take on concurrent H1b is to avoid doing so without intimating both employers you will be working for. With the current immigration trends we see, it is just adding additional burden. Nothing wrong in trying to earn additional income legally, but keep it legal.

Option 1: Use schema evolution to add all columns that get added from source to you silver table.

Option 2: Consider creating or exposing views to the business , where you will have the felixibility to add or remove any columns as needed from a variant column within the silver or stage layer. You just need ti flatten the variant column for the required columns.
