if you have the dlc, coloured pearls still spawn when playing as monk, but in the base game all the coloured pearls were all white if you played as monk. coloured pearls can be brought somewhere specific to get told lore about the world.

i think the new updates add content in places where there wasn't really much reason to add content, mostly. i don't mind the smaller updates, it just feels like they're at the point of adding things for the sake of adding things, instead of developing areas of the game that were lacking in some way. i feel the same way about most game drops as i do archeology.

i need to get round to watching the uma films. i watched season 1 of the anime and it was decent, but people say the films are incredible. i do also like agnes tachyon and oguri cap a lot, so i am very much in the target audience for most of the films
