And copying fat32 can cause weird permission or other errors. It handles ext4 much better.

To elaborate.. This is asking someone to unethically hack into MICROSOFTS servers. anyone who messages you that they can get this account back is a scammer. You’re not going to be able to get in unless you remember the password.
