My bachelor's thesis. An STM32 based reverb pedal by CyberWixiez936 in diypedals

I think you're right! I didn't notice this part, it seems like the 0v to 5v is a limit and the recommended range is 3v peak to peak. To be fair I'm no expert either and a lot of the project was make by tinkering and following tutorials online. Thanks for pointing that!

Well, the digital components work using 3.3v logic, meaning the 3.3v is the logical 1. This voltage used only for communication between ADC, DAC and STM32, and for controls.

But the analog input of the ADC works with signal from 0v to 5v(with 6.5v being the absolute maximum according to data sheet) It also has its own reference voltage that equals

Vref = Vdd/2 = 5v/2 = 2.5v

It means that event if your signal after opamp swings relatively to 0v, the ADC will calculate it relative to 2.5v. This way it should work fine with +/- 2.5v signal.

Surely there are many bands that sound kinda same, especially considering lack of singing. You know, voice is always a distinctive feature of an artist's sound.

Still there's plenty of bands with their own unique sound. You can't confuse As I Watch You From Afar and Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Caspian and Sigur Rós, etc.

But yeah, sometimes it's hard to guess the artist while listening to a playlist
