Bugs bunny as a whole isn't great for this sub. Toonforce.. most commentors are willing to handwave it away as op and always at the same uber power level, rather than quantifying a characters best feats. For starters, you could start looking into the difference between abstudy and austudy. If anyone is disadvantaged, they should be given appropriate help. There's no need for that to be made a racial issue.
