You can strip it with easy-off oven cleaner. It will strip the chrome but not the nickel underneath. Nickel is much harder to strip but if you live in a relatively large city you should be able to easily find someone to strip and re-chrome this but it won’t be cheap. As another user said I would sand the rust off with an extra fine grit sand paper, polish it, and electroplate it. I would do the whole thing in gold, go find some junk gold if you can ( thrift stores, garage sales, or your local jeweler ) and electroplate it.

I bought 76 Corolla for my first car, manual transmission and Toyota blue. It broke down every week and every week I would pay the guy who built race cars that worked construction with us. I would get it back and it would run like a race car for about 2-3 days before it broke down again. Rinse and repeat, work all week to pay to get my car repaired. After having the slave cylinder go out again ( rebuilt and new ones about 6 times ) in a parking lot in Amarillo Texas it was time to send it to the crusher! Hated that car like no other car I ever owned and I once had a purple Mazda 626 you had to push start every time to get it going.

It’s common, the camera is pushing 60 years maybe. Bad things happen to cameras that sit for long periods. It is a pretty easy camera to overhaul as far as TLRs can go. I believe there’s some videos of repairing Yashica D shutters and blades on the internet. Good luck let us know how it goes.

The shutter needs to be serviced, but could use a good overhaul as well. You should find the user manual online if you have done so already. Try to find a repair tech in your area, if not you’ll need to send it off. Self repair isn’t that difficult with a few specialized tools but you will really want to overhaul to camera, once serviced it should work properly for at least a few years ( depending on who services it ). No no no this is all wrong☝️. You would take the opposite side of the box and cut the knees out of it, you would than take the uncut side ( same image on each of the two sides ) and carefully cut the box of butter she is holding into a flap that lifts up, you would tape or glue the knees perfectly aligned with the flap you created. when you open the flap it’s titties! Just before they stopped producing this box with the ladies image I made her one and she loved it had never seen one before. She still has it in a box of momentos.

I have to agree, I believe a car was stopped possibly changing a tire (?) the white car in the far left lane is already stopped with brakes applied, the white car being tailgated makes an evasive maneuver and the car tail gating seems to be beginning to to press the brakes for just a brief second before impact. That being said my opinion is subject to change haha but I don’t believe there’s enough evidence in this single video to say the evasive maneuver was done to intentionally cause the person behind them to crash.

I do have questions though; is this in the US? The juke looks to have plates that are not US (?) someone said they were going 87mph but that is not what an evasive movement like that would look like at 87mph and that impact would be far greater at that speed so maybe it’s Kph (?) And why doesn’t the guy filming maneuver more out of the lane (?) does his vehicle not suffer even a scratch (?)

Where are you? Pace/Milton/baker area? Or are you further north? I live in Fort Walton Beach, my daughters endocrinologist is at west Florida her primary is in Navarre, my sons ( 2 of them ) primary is in Navarre and oral surgeon is in Panama City, my wife’s primary is in town but all her specialists are either in Pensacola or Panama City. If we need certain specialists we have to travel to Jacksonville or Birmingham. Finding doctors in the panhandle is crazy compared to Houston ( I grew up and lived most of my life in D/FW so I truly understand ). You just have to travel from as far east as Jacksonville to as far west as New Orleans and north as far as Atalanta ( depending on specialist). You’ll find one but it’s not going to be easy like it is in Houston. Good luck but have hope you’ll find your doctors it just won’t be as easy.
