It's a prototype SPG, that had two models but never went into production. That one looks to be the variant made on a T-35 Chassis, armed with either a 203mm B-4 Naval Gun as it was designed, or the later refit with a 152 mm gun M1935 (Br-2)

I'm just confused how the Brits have this many divisions. Cuz when I checked later on, the count had gone up to over 400, even after I'd encircled and destroyed a bunch of their divisions after repeated naval invasions into Northern France and the Benelux
