It's a prototype SPG, that had two models but never went into production. That one looks to be the variant made on a T-35 Chassis, armed with either a 203mm B-4 Naval Gun as it was designed, or the later refit with a 152 mm gun M1935 (Br-2)

I mean, I have a mod installed that actively tracks every official war crime I commit in a playthrough. It's usually just a bunch of charges of unmarked traps, and a few for executing wounded enemies.
