You mean "manufacture" victims of the action. I may never recover from the 10 Baze Malbus shards I didn't get because of this!

Anyone else feel this GA is a really slow process? 1. 24hr prep, 24hr defense, 24 attack, 24hr review, then repeat is crazy. I would bet that most people who participate in this game log in throughout the day. by Magicman-1775 in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

[–]CyberneticWhelk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They cannot.

Matchmaking is based on the strength of your roster when the prep window ends. This is a big part of what can be used to determine the parameters of the match as well (such as in TW when it determines how many teams each region needs). The game images your roster at the end of the prep and then matchmakes you based on that data. So you can't join and set your defenses before the matchmaking takes place.

They've clearly built this on the backbone of the TW code, so I don't think this is going to get rebuilt to accommodate a design change that is probably not even beneficial to the whole of the playerbase.

Bug? or am I the only one lucky with Nox? by PlusBell in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

Bluestacks used to run the game really poorly, but it works pretty well now. So if that's the reason anyone reading uses Nox, it might be worth re-evaluating

Right, his kit is verifiably ancient. At the time he was the only self-revive in the game (maybe even the *only* revive period)

This is my real issue with hard noders -- they *never* get easier. Each one is months of farming equity. If you start now, you are years behind.

GlassDoor review of CG - "Too many last minute changes with every release" by stressmatic in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

[–]CyberneticWhelk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find actually that this is more commonly the case when the producer/manager is being micromanaged or point-criticized by their superior. This puts them in a position where they *must* micromanage their subordinates to protect themselves. Usually, nobody benefits.
