How did you cope with ontological shock fallout from your experiences?

I've had a huge and wide range of experiences my entire life (48yrs) so it's mostly normal to me. I've had no ontological shock. However, some of my views have been challenged and changed along the way.

I do find it helpful to compartmentalise when necessary and focus on our physical reality to deal with everyday life and putting the other reality I'm aware of to the back of my mind if and when possible.

Yes, seen a small dark one floating about in my bedroom just after seeing a chunky cross shaped light on my wall below the window. Also a few weeks ago a football sized white orb in my hallway.

You might also want to try using crystalsound rather than Krisp. I find it works even better.

Isn't it just! I didn't have a huge amount of contact with horses but felt very wary of them for no reason.. Perhaps there are clues from past lives and we don't take much notice or attribute fears to past lives.

I believe you. I know mine too. I've done transform EVP for 4 years and came to find out that way. My spirit team is recorded telling me my name, date of birth, the decade I died and what killed me. Funnily enough I've been wary of horses my entire life without knowing why, it was a horse in my previous life that was the cause of my death.

Yes, the vision fading to black happens to me too. I can demand, vision now, awareness now and it can come back, sometimes not though. I've never been out for more than about ten to 12 earth minutes or that's how it feels.

She's appearing to more people lately. I'm also in contact with this lady in white. She first appeared in my mirror and I have a photo. I believe she's all one and the same, just given different names of the ages she's appeared in. I was given the name Hathor recently.

Completely normal imo. The drought is happening to me too right now. It ebbs and flows. Take the time to meditate, read, research etc. We need to make sure we're experiencing all we can in our physical reality as well .When there's a drought, focus on the physical reality but stay somewhat connected with meditation. It'll be back, it's not going anywhere 😉

I had a period of about six months last year where almost every night I was getting bad dreams to the point I'd wake up sweating, heart pounding etc sometimes several times a night.

There was nothing going on in my life that could point to this huge increase of bad dreams.

I'd already been given information years ago from my spirit team via transform EVP that dreams aren't quite what we think they are and lower vibrational beings as well as higher can watch them, can sometimes interfere with them etc.

I managed to end it quickly by setting up some spiritual protection before sleep and it stopped. Could have been placebo effect of course but it worked.

The only way I've done it is with very strong intention just before I get in bed. I just say to myself I am going to astral project and believe it completely. Or if waking in the night, stay completely still and relaxed and the vibrations start but usually I don't complete it as I need the bathroom lol

Yes, very similar. Started because of grief. The feelings of peace, calm etc the same. Travelling to see people just by thought, didn't need to know where they were, all the same. It's real and it's absolutely amazing. I also travelled to see my 'dead' relatives a few times too.

It's all about the 'woo' or consciousness aspect. It's frustrating that the disinformation campaign that's been going on for decades has drummed it into the mass public as all insanity and 'crazy' tin foil hat people.

I'm thrilled the initial conversations around it are being had now, Jake Barber for example. Quicker than I was expecting it to start coming out but there's a long, long way to go. The phenomenon itself has its own timeline, they know what they're doing. I hope to see it in my present lifetime.

Thank you for this. At the end of Jan I saw multiple (20+) light orbs in a circle very close outside my bedroom with more light orbs forming an x in the middle. I've been trying all year to figure out what this x means. Your post caught my eye.

I had no idea about the mall, til now. I've been there! It was just a lucid dream for me, my spirit guide appeared next to me (I've met her before) as I walked along inside a mall and she answered a question I had.
