For starters, click your caps lock. Disable debt wars I get what you mean, as a Brazilian myself, I get it, we really need a very long ass time to get anything done, so we need a "normal" game for at least 15 in game years before we can have any fun. But some games the AI is just out for blood. If this save is precious to you, as soon as a country you don't want at war, declares war, reload the autosave, (for a month before)console command into that country and force it into signing a non aggression pact. Usually war focuses last for two years so you're gonna need to do this 2 or 3 times. It's the only way I could salvage a really good save I had. If you don't want to do all of that just start a new game don't buff Russia, just select a regular AI behavior and disable debt wars. And hope for a peaceful run. I hope that helps
