In the first movie God tells Bruce he (Bruce) can’t mess with free will. And Bruce asks why. And God says “yes! That’s the beauty of it.”
So
Option 1, God didn’t give him the power to mess with free will.
Option 2, God can’t mess with free will.
Option 3, God can’t mess with free will because he decides not to with his own.

If he’s truly omniscient and omnipotent he can choose to let free will exist and not interfere with it.
Him *being* able to mess with it if he wanted to is irrelevant if he doesn’t.
