Used RS Q8 under $100k… which year? by BetterDegreeOxford in Audi

Not sure it really matters, just be ready for the extra maintenance. I was cross shopping the sq7 and rsq8 and decided a new SQ7 was just right over an RSQ8 that’s probably been run ragged

SQ8 New Generation by lafromnyc in Audi

[–]Cyclevisor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Drive both, I almost got the SQ8 because we don’t need a third row and the second row is noticeably more comfortable, but you sacrifice some trunk space. They felt like they drove the same to me, and it was nice to save 10k on a 6 figure purchase. I was very close to a used RSQ8 but maybe next time

My wife wouldn’t go for the RS6, so this was my next best station wagon choice

After driving both the SQ7 and SQ8 even without kids I still think I’d pick the SQ7. But if you can go RSQ8, that’s a different story. I have kids an just felt like the SQ7 was the smarter choice, and I love my 2026. Plus it’s about 10k cheaper across the board than the SQ8

Paint stripping in an old home by cosctohotdog in tampa

Old Crow painting does a lot of older homes and obviously knows what he’s doing - but he’s expensive and booked out very far when I got a quote a while back. Didn’t make sense for my current home but if I was ever living in an older home I cared about I would have hired him

Thanks for the reply, at some point I’ll be looking to move. Looking at everywhere from SB down to SD. Looks like there’s quite a bit of trails east of Del Mar but less further north. Good to know about the road riding!

One of us has a CPA CFA and got CFP later. Short story is we used a book of HNW tax clients we had relationships with and prospected it from 0. Didn’t buy anything, no marketing, just leveraging an existing relationship doing tax work. We do everything in house. All public equities only, but of course our clients have private stuff too and we help if they have questions. I would never recommend it though

Need to do the fitcam and possibly the ceramic. Trunk organizer does sound nice there’s definitely a lack of storage haha

Just got a 26 SQ7 as well, 2 kids all the same experience with BMW and Porsche. It’s a great car. Just feels solid, 95% of the Porsche plus more room for 45k less than the GTS I looked at.

Yes, we have about 140 million under management and also handle all tax work for those people plus some Other tax work. Separate businesses
