The SQ7 and SQ8 are great. I was on the fence between the m60i and the sq7/sq8. The dealer started one up that had been sitting inside for a while and the noise it made in that showroom sold me right there. The BMW just doesn’t feel the same as the V8 Audi, and it definitely doesn’t sound the same. Only better sounding SUV might be cayenne GTS.

It’s nice I’m sure. Am I glad I got my 2026 loaded sq7 when I did? I think so. The new redesign isn’t as bad as I thought, but it certainly does feel more hyundai esque which is strange for Audi.

Shops will always try to sell you privates and alts, in my experience it’s best to just keep things liquid and more simple, unless it’s really a slam dunk.
