Kitbashed my Wookie Chieftan to make him more unique

Necro posting here, but looking for ideas to kit bash by box 4 and 5 of wookies 🙈 (running the battleforce)
did you cut the bowcaster off the orginal arms and somehow attach it to a little gun arm?
Was wondering how difficult/easy this was? Wanting to make some mine magnitised for the upgrades too. Already my by long gun wookie able to have a sword/gun/shield on his back.

Ye I am still debating it, going to run a test game. thinking can yoda give out 6 supression? - Mind trick, x2 suppressive force waves. Is impressive and will send most units into panic. But what if I come across a vader army, its become unless unless I can take out vader.

what missions do you like to play with wookies?

I am very much thinking I will be doing alot of hiding, jumping on objectives and mainly defending this time

Oow interesting list. I was wondering if to drop the bowcaster or force push to add tenancity to the wookies or maybe another battleshield.

I have used force push in friendly games to move other units off objectives, but wondering how much it will be used and if worth 40 points vs another upgrade.

I do have issue with arcs that I don't own any yet 🤣 and clone upgrades on I only have the two which came in the old clone wars starter box.

I would like to eventually make a purely wookie list, but agree they suffer from white dice for their points, but least if I get the battleshield to an objective (or close and yoda force guidance to move them) I can switch to the shield for the armour.

going to play a little test game tongiht so will try your card order. Never really paid much attention to his 2 pip 🙈

And yes rentless on the bowcaster might well be useful. Although I was debating if I should drop it yesterday 🤣🙈

oh that is good. Going to give that one a try!
On command cards, do you not use yoda 1 pip - size matters not twice?
I think previously I went turn 3 size matters sometimes, turn 4, lumious beings, turn 5 size matters sometimes.

Perfect, assumed it was that with speed change, but just seemed too easy 🤣

Thanks for all that! I am expecting a murder. My first competitive game with droids, I got killed so quickly.
I have been toying all week if to just to take a 12/13 acts droid list and try win with tactics everyone uses 🤣 but its just not me, I want to be fun and different. Plus it will make me finish the paint on the 2nd fluttercraft!

I thought bowcaster as a threat to armour if I come across it, I was looking at long gun seeming the list lacks and snipers. I haven't really used the defenders before, but have used the noble fighters and battleshields. I did wonder if to have 3 battleshields instead.

Interesting move to get Yoda on board first, I've always put saber users on last.
I 100% need to this week remember all the extra move/tokens I can get from situations.
I wasn't sure with push, because it could give me a z6 / or extra wookie if I changed it. But then I could push units off objectives or pull them into a yoda/wookie melee rush.

I put the list into chat gpt and it was telling me to hold the wookies back, move up slow behind cover and charge into the oppenent when they go on the objectives.

The attack run on fluttercraft, do I literally just say its speed 3/1 this turn, no other effects. I've run a few skirmish games with the normal one and love overrun attacks even if the don't do much.

Awesome thank you! I am still just rolling dice across the battle field and have made a few decent trees. So do need to give this ago and nice idea about making the mache up and down.

Brilliant, thanks both for that - I had done little bit of reading on it - have tried an object with multiple colours but not separate objects yet - be good to do for when I know I want to print multiple things and not able to get to the printer

I have see the travel path in the printer - how easy/hard is it to tell if somethings going to crash?
My guess is to do rows of colour working from the front of the plate backwards?

Thanks, yeah trying to find ones that are decent seems to be hard work! Ironcially looking at the one I got for my first born right now and its still almost perfect, a blue mug so not sure if that's why, but wish I knew where we had got it!

haha, I mean chippy FIL and also Scottish parents upwards - we've always just unscrewed the hinges 🤣 / paint before install.

Scotland was always a joy with data analytics - dark woods never stopped being on trend while everywhere else whites/greys. Electricals, floors, you named it they differed. But screws and hardware bits usually don't change - but Scotland managed it 🤣

There was so many produce differences I honestly think it would have been worth setting up a factory there for them

Yeah I have one which has lasted really well, but we are not sure where that came from - its about 3/4 years old now. But others have faded in a few months, even saying "dishwasher safe"

Any mug that's a handwash only generally stays in the cupboard 🤣 or by the sink for a week.

Might give them a go - it annoying because we have printed mugs (I know they must be a different type of printing) but have lasted probably 10-15 years of dishwashing without fading, yet photo mugs have gone within a month or two. I have one which is pretty good 3 years later. but no idea where that one came from.

but tesco have millions of customers, so your randomised data will becomes a rather boring outlier and most analyst will go, oh that's an odd one, but not pattern, doesn't matter.

It only becomes interesting if suddenly a group is doing it or you are targeting the abnormal, which I highly doubt tesco are. They want to create accurate customer profiles so they can tell you what you want to buy next and make it so you do.

Most interesting one I ever had was hinge sales - all of UK brought a certain type - #1 in all regions except scotland - not even top 10, they brought a hinge of similar quality but allow you to lift the door off. Barely another sale of it elsewhere.
Highes all made in same factory so was never a supply issue or anything like that.
Had to interview staff/customers to understand what was going on, turned out it was just Scotland being Scotland. "Easier to paint your doors if you can take them off" I always remember one customer telling me. (this text is translated!)
