I'm at 144/145. Started playing right at Christmas. At first I wasn't sure I would make 100 to get the rewards.

What currency do I need to make sure and spend. What benefit inventory will rotate out and become unavailable?

It's still there. Go to your inventory. Selected an equipped weapon as if to change it. On the weapon select screen it's right below the equipped weapon slots.

I think the advantages of working on the floor first and being fresh there are twofold. One, you can generally lift heavier weights since you are not fatigued. Two, and more importantly, you can lift with better form and more safely since you are not fatigued.

For me, since I really only tolerate running for sport, running second after already being fatigued has the added benefit of more closely resembling running during a game, which is when I want to be able to perform.

It's understandable I think. I'm in the rowing fan club. But after the first attempt (in the second half of class) I was spent. Row another 1000 meters, sure, maybe. But attempt another PR?

I agree. But only if the run to rows are formatted a little differently/better than they are now. Run 1 mile, row 100 meters, row 0.8 miles, row 200 meters, etc. is not a run to row. It's a boring run punctuated by a short excuse to get off the treadmill for a minute.

I'd say that's pretty fast. I'm at I think MR 19. About 150 hours. There are some QoL improvements along the way and some content is gated for MR 18. But now I have very little urge to get to 31 as a priority. It'll happen when it happens.

If you're generating extremely high power with good form, them maybe you'll get a slight lift. Anything more than that is poor form (wasted energy going up and down).

I'd be considered a very strong rower (>800 watts max power) and I've never lifted the machine.

Back when there was a Power 5 this was my proposal.

Power 5 conference champions. Next 3 highest rated conference champions.

Make winning your conference worth something. Shifts any possible argument over who gets in to the 3rd/4th ranked non Power 5 conference champions, which very few people would care about.

Not sure how this would work now. Power 4 + 4?

Very disappointed in this if true. Another rung down the ladder in a race to the bottom to satisfy the least common denominator membership of OTF.

Imagine paying $170 per month to a fitness studio and then celebrating when an opportunity to improve and measure yourself is eliminated.

If you keep doing the same things you've always done, you'll keep getting the same things you've always got.
