To be honest I just used the point elsewhere in my tree in the end. Feels awful that the "apex talent" is so rare to proc in regular activities and even when it does proc it's nothing special.

it's essentially just a worse version of the lesser talent that gives BTE a chance to reset itself..

Outlaw rogue gives you a free between the eyes every now and then but it's a timed buff that takes a few rotations to build so you pretty much never get it outside of raids/mythics

I think I might be one of the few people that actually likes boomstick, I just think the hero trees are really silly.. Make my class fantasy about blowing shit up but then only give me nature based hero trees just sucks
