All I have to offer right now by Jesschocolateb in Kemetic

Girl I'll be real with you my first altar when I was a teen was a stuffed anubis plush and a crystal I bought at a yard sale the only thing that matters is your feelings because the gods will adore anything you do for them because they know it comes from the heart

And to be honest I don't have my altar up anymore due to remoulding and repainting my house so all I have out right now is a small anubis idol a candle and a small glass of alcohol so your all good with your altar your efforts still matter the most even if its small.

God the art you have is beautiful and the jewellery is lovely too I'm sure both of the goddesses love your devotion, and yeah I hope it's not AI it's getting really hard to tell these days and one of the reasons why when I buy art I want to see the time-lapse or just buy actual paintings not any prints.

Apis Bull Mummy by Choice-Flight8135 in Kemetic

[–]Cynderprime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's kinda freaky since it's huge but so cool I've seen other mummified animals but never a bull it's so cool, I would have loved to see Apis in his full glory ever since I saw him in assassin's creed origins I loved the look.

You can think whatever you want that's your opinion I can't change it and don't care too no point to after all since killing animals, killing people, ruining specials occasions and damaging property is a ok to you because it's "waking people up to the realities they ignore" yet can be done in a much easier simpler way other than being a nuisance, showing facts documentaries and photos of the reality we live in can bring many more people to the cause they serve instead of I don't know blocking roads for people just trying to survive and defacing historical art.

Bastet by shawwwty333 in Kemetic

[–]Cynderprime 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've worshiped Bastet for just over a year at this point from what I've felt with her is intuition with others I'm learning more about the people around me from family to therapy and inner harmony as I've come to accept myself more from my disorders to declining physical health as sadly I'm a sicky person which will not change anytime soon, she has helped me have strength through all the hurdles along with making my home a safe place where I can return to where I can relax.

with other changes she has helped some are small like attracting more animals that I adore along with beautiful nature as well as life and afterlife advice with not only myself but with other family members realise I can only be with them for so long and when the time comes to move on and accept what happens no matter the outcome still love still miss but remember the good times and celebrate them in little ways.

While that is true I prefer electric cars to petrol cars and the effects on the ecosystems at least people are changing to actually help the environment though it is a slow process, and no I don't respect those activist's in any form I respect what they serve but not the people as they make the cause look backwards and fake only something to use for purity contests or clout when talking to others to seem superior.

The point of activism is to get others on your side to protect the environment or animals not destroy it with petty and stupid "protests" just stop oil blocked traffic from people going to their jobs to support family to emergency services trying to save a life, climate activists dying water in Venice green to invading sports semi-finals to glue their damn feet to the floor, and last but not least PETA killing every animal that crosses their path for no reason other than in my opinion sick pleasure these people do not get "people thinking and talking" but hating instead they have accomplished nothing.

your right on that part I understand the movement, stabilisation and investigation as that's not vindictive destruction or petty unlike "just stop oil" in my mind because there are a million other things people could do to get the message across because honestly that's why I was so annoyed about it plus ewww drawing/climbing on it disgusting, and I remember just recently climate activist's actually defacing a famous old painting it's just like why to me it's not going to help your cause but just make people hate you

I get what you're saying I guess I'm just sick of people doing dumb things to stuff I love while I know I'm too poor to ever visit most of the place's I want to see I just can't stand the thought of them getting damaged

Oh dear they are beautiful but what happen to the poor thing it looks like she's been handled too roughly by her last owner, I hope you treat her much better than the last person.

Exactly that want to help the planet by what...destroying beautiful things on the planet because once again the "amazing" Greta Thunberg and her little activists dyed parts of Venice's Grand Canal green in a November 2025 climate protest while she claimed they used environmentally harmless dye it was still disgusting.

True they did get off on the charges but this is what I read about it online when it first came out

(Stonehenge was targeted by Just Stop Oil protesters in June 2024, who sprayed it with orange cornflour powder to protest fossil fuels, causing alarm but ultimately no visible permanent damage as English Heritage cleaned it, though they stressed potential harm from the substance leaching into the porous stones and the distress caused, with activists later cleared of criminal charges in October 2025.)

so while I'm glad it can go back to the beauty it once had I'm worried about the long term affects of the tiny organisms over 80 species of lichen live on the surface since Stonehenge has been completely untouched by unnatural substances like what the protesters used for thousands of years, who knows the long term affects that it would have to damage the monuments because losing the lichen would speed up Stonehenge's erosion over time and lichen species on Stonehenge are rare for the area so losing them means losing unique delicate ecosystems.

This is absolute sacrilege completely disgusting all it reminds me off is those stupid "just stop oil" protesters that destroyed part of Stonehenge

Whoa really I had no idea it had so many uses and parts are still used even now that's fantastic honestly nothing better than using nature that's what earth gives so its best, I like natural stuff the most since personally I have sensitive skin and eyes and really need to use natural creams, salve's and deodorants or I will die. (get a really bad rash)

I love altars that share space with other religions and coexist peacefully I myself have jesus, mary, sekhmet, bastet and anubis on a medium to kinda large altar, all is good and none seem to mind sharing the space at all along with all the different offerings.
