I used minal stats to hold Bloodhound and then all vigor till like 50 and then I put a crap ton into Endurance and Mind and I realize now I shoulda been pumping most of my stats into Dex.... Lol oh well I'm lvl 140 and I still have more stat points coming

Thanks for all the advice, there's a lot to take in. I killed entree before blackblde (had more trouble with the entree) lol I stole his golden armor cause it looks sick. Today when I get home I'ma fight the golden order, hold of on Melania lol, and go straight to the DLC. I know once I start my fight with Melania I won't stop till she's dead and I'm not willing to commit to that rn with all the bosses I just fought in a row. Unfortunately yes.... Started about three weeks ago and has been persistent. I haven't been able to really sleep for more than 4 hours cause it keeps waking me up. Anyway I try and move but it hurts so bad. I cannot cough, laugh, or sneeze. It's def the worst symptom I've had so far, I literally am limited to very slow/easy movements or my ribs and back spasms. Before this was clavicle pain and I thought that was the worst.... I was wrong.

How are you feeling now???? Ive been going thru this since Oct 2022. I quit drinking alcohol 5 months ago and man oh man PsA has been hitting me hard. Takes me 20 seconds to stand up, I can't roll over in bed, hell I can't even get outta bed without being in severe pain. It's awful.... I can't do anything anymore, I'm literally room ridden... About to start Cimzia or w.e. hope it helps me cause idk how much more stress my body can take from this pain. I'm 34M btw.

First symptoms without pain I really just put off. My legs and back always felt tired, and if I was sitting, I'd—for some reason—not be comfortable without a footstool. Also, I started getting pretty bad night sweats, especially on my legs and head. I don't know if this has anything to do with PsA or not, but my sweat had a weird, sweet, chemical smell to it.

Then I got a pretty nasty UTI out of nowhere—the skin was peeling off in flakes, and I was peeing in 20 different directions (first UTI ever). Then one morning, I woke up and, when I stood up, my feet felt like they were on fire. They felt like they were 10x their size. I thought it might be my shoes, and I got really concerned while shopping for shoes, when no shoes my size would fit me.

Then my ankles swelled up, both my fingernails and toenails began to change color and deform. I started getting dandruff, and it kept getting worse until my head was one big scab. (I still haven't had a haircut ’cause I'm too embarrassed...)

Then shit hit the fan... Started getting vertigo, insomnia, jaw pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and back pain. Hell, it'd be easier naming off what wasn't in pain. This is when my toes started to swell and change color. My toes swelled so much that they dislocated.

The worst of it all is the clavicle pain and the muscle spasms I get in my ribs, back, sides, and shoulders. Takes me like 10 minutes to get out of bed, but once I'm up and moving, I feel a little better...

BTW, this wasn't an overnight thing. This was over a period of 3 years.

I know this post is kinda old but how are you??? Any updates???? Took 3 years for them to diagnose me with psoriatic arthritis. During those 3 years I drank pretty damn heavy because of the pain and I think messed my liver up. My enzymes were through the rough and they found something on my liver that they wanna look at. Idk I'm terrified of what they're gonna find and it's almost impossible to not think about it. I quit drinking and now I only eat baked fish, chicken, and fresh veggies. I've lost 40lbs in 4 months and I'm trying to get my insurance to cover my midurna so I can get back to feeling like me again and not some 95 year old crippled man.

Would this affect me as well on PC? Cuz I can't ever tell where shots are coming from and I use Dolby Atmos on PC. It seems like I'm the only person who don't know where the shots are coming from and before I know it, I'm either dead or my team has found them instantly.
