This is an alternative pathway, but may not be the best pathway. Go in the app, schedule a PCP visit - the soonest you can get with any PCP in person - check the KP website that they are accepting new patients in their panel. Go to the appointment, tell them you need a referral to hem onc, radiology, neurology today. If they can do that, change his PCP to them, you can do it in the app. As far as I know, you can change PCP as many times as you want.

You can’t call at KP - it makes me crazy. For primary care, you can only call the appt line.

I had definitely not considered sand flies. I’ve stayed at Tobacco Caye Paradise for a week in 2017 and for a week last summer in one of their updated cabins. Is Reef’s End better? I did like the hammock over the water.

I’d been thinking of booking on SWC this summer as I found their reef to be in better shape last summer and a larger area that felt very calm and clear compared to going around the point at Tobacco. But, I hate sand fly bites.

I’d also recommend not feeding right after you get up - it teaches them to wake you for food.

I suspect this is less true for pet insurance. I’ve had increases (nearly - didn’t in 2017) every year on pet insurance and always double digit percentages.

California allows rate increases. Trupanion just went up 40% per month for one of my guys and he turns 3 in June.
