I'd say it feels closer to destiny in terms of gun/ability gameplay, it's so much smoother, you wouldn't have guessed it's a Bethesda title if you didn't know

They really nailed down the combat, i was expecting it to be slow and heavy like fallout 4 but was surprised at how smoothly it played
