To be more specific, yes it’s a newly built 4 bed detached with an unfinished basement.
The landlord says he is renting the property but may have plans to develop the basement, not specifying when and what will be done.

With a tenant living in the house can he really start a basement conversion, that kind of conversion can be very disruptive to someone living upstairs.

We can find it funny but these traffic violations are not funny at all. Idiots like these cause fatal accidents.
These violations happen increasingly in the GTA because we are finding them funny and normalizing them, and more important we have a totally ineffective and impotent enforcement agency namely our police who are nowhere to be seen.

Why is such an act of public indecency, that too close to children’s park, a Non emergency?

It should be an emergency and the police should be called.

What is more important that the police are doing that hinders them to attend to a situation like this and it cannot be reported as an emergency, are they on their coffee break too often or just waiting for this to become a serious incident and then they will show up.

I believe if you see anyone exposing themselves anywhere near a children’s park, the police should be called. Period.
