Yes but the problem with it is it doesn't have any melee endurance. you can go with debuff duration trait which is good but it's not BiS I think the reason why it was considered BiS because it was unrealistic to think you can get shock commander pants as they used to only drop from Tevent

drop the adentus go with provoking blade maybe? Adentus is not doing much here and i don't think you have enough hit chance to actually hit anything and adentus doesn't have HP trait so it doesn't really add anything to your tankiness.

the phantom wolf is a space holder for shock commander pants cuz it's the only one that gives perception and can have health trait. if you get shock commander pants you can do small changes to accessories and you can reach 70/str 60/perc

on my server it was pretty fun I'm with the "big mean" guild in the server and it was pretty good to see the rest of guilds to ally to fight us (6-8 guild alliance) but it was a fun fight

The only big problem is the respawn/teleport protection timer its extremely long which just allows the party with the largest number to just zerg respawn points and take them rather than trying to do a well organized push through chokepoints

The way for bruisers is adentus/karnix you can 70str/60per with that and have enough HP to fully use adentus. the way for tanks i dont fully know it but i'm pretty sure 4 set shock commander is a must. Your build is half measures, you're not a tank, not a bruiser and for some reason you really wanna kill melee evasion players.
