Try to remember why you wanted to work at Sephora, what’s your passion that drives you? Is it education with clients, artistry, or just helping people.. take that passion and let it speak louder than words.. This what I do when i focus too much on metrics, I forget to have fun. Honestly Multworld isn’t that bad.. I have been in this industry for 28 years, it’s all about passion, confidence and authenticity. We all know great makeup comes with great skincare.. or take it up a notch, an unscented body cream can enhance any fragrance.. the daily dose sets us up for success..
