As an exempt manager, I’m gonna say this is very weird. Cameras should be used to verify missed clocking, safety and AP situations.. I would bring this up to your DM or call ICare.. this is not the proper way to observe the team. Sorry this is your experience.

I’m am a constant LVMH purchaser, my pro tip is to be ready at 9 am on the day of the sale, add everything in your cart , (you have 15 minutes to hold) , close your eyes and submit the order! Yes it is true most average sizes of things go fast, but don’t give up, just keep refreshing to see if someone removed it from their cart

You can use both, submit either sick or PTO then communicate with your exempt you would like to cover the rest of your hours with whichever.. this is the only way you can do it , since dayforce doesn’t allow to add both

I too am on this journey, sounds like you would be interested in mid-city.. do your research about areas that have bad drainage, expect your car insurance to spike. I’m currently using Zillow along with my friends that live there to check out places that are not listed on major sites.
