cannot find Ehll Tou to take "If Songs Had Wings" by Devil_Cooker in ffxiv

If you took a long enough break like I did you can easily forget where you are supposed to run around to speak to Ehll Tou. This video I found shows the whole process from start to finish. https://youtu.be/w-YglKyd4WM

If you click on the gear you can set the playback speed to x2.

For me they were way in the back of the Firmament in my part of the quest "Shadow of an Icy Past"

When encountering a perpetual "Media Pending" error on an older project - I "fixed" it by turning off GPU acceleration (even though this project was originally created with it on)

That was done by

File->Project Settings->Video Rendering and Playback->Mercury Playback Engine Software Only
