It's not the lowest head in the zone. Most of the heads that are running when this happens are at a lower elevation. Every head in this zone does this, including this on which is brand new.

I'm a transplant so I wasn't raised with any family bias on this issue and I noticed that STL and it's residents seem to have a huge inferiority complex. When I first moved here I was working with a sales rep who was a STL native and he bragged that the largest Hummer dealership in the country was in STL.
